Church of Our Saviour is a Baroque church located near Christiania area of Copenhagen. It is the most famous for its helix spire with an external staircase that can be climbed to the top, offering extensive views over central Copenhagen. It takes 400 steps to reach the top, the last 150 steps are located on the outside of the spire. This might be quite challenging for some visitors.
It is also noted for its carillon, which is the largest in northern Europe and plays melodies every hour from 8 am to midnight.
The tower is closed in January and February months.
