Jægersborggade is not a long street, but probably the hippiest one in Copenhagen. It is located in Nørrebro district, just next to the Assistens Cemetery.
On Jægersborggade, you will find art galleries (about 40 of them!), vintage clothes, bars and restaurants. You can visit Michelin- starred restaurant called Relæ that is also located on Jægersborggade. This restaurant started the renaissance of Jægersborggade, street that used to be one of the most dangerous in Copenhagen. Other young businesses followed them and within just one year drugs and violence were gone from Jægersborggade. Here, you can taste the best coffee from the Coffee Collective, try Meyers Bakery, visit Grød – Copenhagen’s first porridge-only restaurant, eat ice cream from ISTID, make vintage shopping and much more! Every place on Jægersborggade will offer you something special.
Once a year, during spring time, the street hosts popular in Copenhagen flea market.
