Podium | Café Bar Restaurant

Typically local

The Podium is one of my favorite restaurants in Vienna and there are plenty of reasons for it. :)
The Podium is a hip restaurant, but also café and bar. The food is prepared with love and served by extremely friendly staff. In the menu you will find, among other things, very tasty local dishes, which a fancy touch. One of my favorite dishes at the podium are the spinach dumplings served with feta cheese, roasted nuts, pomegranate seeds and a leaf salad - irresistible! There are also baked turkey escalopes, lamb chops, roast duck and many more amazing dishes.
The atmosphere is very cozy: great rooms with high walls and sofas that make you feel at home.
The Podium also regularly hosts art exhibitions and events. More information can be found on the website or on Facebook.

Anyone who loves Vietnamese cuisine is in the right place at TATA. Because here the focus is placed on extremely tasty Vietnamese cuisine. The ambiance at TATA is modern and minimalist. Highly recommended is the freshly cooked Pad Thai and as a starter a summer roll with Japanese mayonnaise.
It is cooked with many fresh Asian herbs (coriander, Thai basil, perilla) - excellent quality, which one also tastes.

At lunchtime you have the opportunity to choose between varied menus, all of which cost between € 7 and € 8.

Gasthaus Kopp

Typically local

Anyone who wants to go through as a true Viennese, must have already tried the restaurant Kopp. Because here you can find true Viennese life. At the restaurant Kopp you get typical Viennese food like huge Schnitzel and wonderful pastries. The huge portions of home cooking have been offered for many years. This Viennese tavern is very simply furnished, from chic far away. But that's what makes his charm. At Kopp you can eat from 6 o'clock in the morning to 24 o'clock in the night the full menu. The prices at Kopp are incredibly cheap, one would like to come back every day, if it just would not be a little bit out of town. But a visit is definitely worth it, here the Viennese life rules.
