At Tolboden, you can experience the authentic maritime and local vibe of Copenhagen harbour. The old rustic custom house, Toldboden, is located in the centre of Copenhagen with a breathtaking view of the waterfront and The Opera House, the old citadel (Kastellet) and the Sixtus Battery.
Toldboden used to be the terminal for the ferry to Poland from Denmark. Today it is a great venue of 1044m2 with a view to the waterfront and the old citadel you feel the authenticity of Copenhagen due to the maritime atmosphere and historical surroundings located only five minutes walk from the statue of the Little Mermaid and 15 min walk from the Royal Castel.
Toldboden can accommodate 750 guests and 450 for dinner. Depending on the harvest and season Toldboden gets vegetables from Toldboden’s own farm, Juliangaard, in the Northern of Zealand in Denmark from Autumn 2018 the vegetables will be organic in 2018. Furthermore, the heat from the kitchen is reused to heat up the venue. In Toldboden’s two bars and lounge you can meet and mingle for a pre-dinner drink or take a break from a meeting. Furthermore, Toldboden has a large outdoor area which is great as a welcome area with red carpets, etc. the are a lot of options.
The room is bright with clean lines, the rustic furniture is made from recycled wood from Danish harbours. Toldboden is open all year with different concepts: Enjoy a light meal in the Harbour Grill, come for dinner or weekend brunch in the restaurant. During the summer the outdoor terrace is buzzing with local people enjoying the sun in deck chairs and light dishes from the harbour grill, while the DJ plays great tunes.
The owner of Toldboden is also the initiator of Denmark’s first street food market: Copenhagen Street Food – Paper Island, Storms Pakhus – Odense Street Food and the new market called Reffen with both food and creative workshops Reffen, which will open in May 2018.
Guru Indian Restaurant is located in the very heart of Copenhagen city center and is the first Indian restaurant in Scandinavia. It was established in 1973.
Guru is the place to eat authentic Indian food combined with minimalistic Scandinavia. Everything here is homemade and the choice of vegetarian dishes is pretty large.

Kødbyens Fiskebar is all about fish and seafood. Each dish is well thought through, their oysters are a must-try.
It is possible to book a table online on their website. Kødbyens Fiskebar is open every day of the week. And on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays they are also open for lunch.
Noma is back!
Noma opened in 2003, and by 2010 was considered to be one of the most influential restaurants in the world, thanks to the chef René Redzepi. Noma closed down in 2017, to be back in a new location in February 2018. Now, it has an urban farm. The menu is changing 3 times a year and will match the type of ingredients that are at their peak at any given time of the year.
The name is a portmanteau of the two Danish words "nordisk" (Nordic) and "mad" (food). The restaurant is known for its reinvention and interpretation of the Nordic Cuisine.

Mad & Kaffe is a place, where you can eat traditional Danish open sandwiches for lunch, between 13-20. You can have two of them, what is perfect amount for lunch per person, in a price of DKK 120.

You will find Cafe Wilder located in Chrsitanshavn, not far from the metro station. It is one of those places in Copenhagen where the locals eat. You will see many of them when you stop by. It is actually one of the oldest cafes in this area of Copenahgen. Opened in 1984!
Cafe Wilder is an amazing cafe for breakfast, lunch or just a cup of coffee, but not only that. There is an evening menu, coctails selection, wine, beer and everything that you could imagine to make your dining experience as good as it can be. Including very friendly and attentive service. Every dish at Cafe Wilder is prepared with attention to the smallest detail and the prices for quality of the food are very reasonable here.
Cafe Wilder is one of the cafes in Copenhagen where you can try traditional Danish open-face sandwiches (smørrebroød) with a snapps maching your smørrebrød selection. This is the way the Danes do that.

The restaurant is located in beautiful old building from 1926, just next to the Østerbro Stadium. Madklubben Østerbro is quite big, it has open kitchen, orangerie with glass walls to the terrace and breathtaking 'Gilded Hall'. You can compose your 3 course menu from 225 DKK per person.

Aamanns 1921 is located in central Copenhagen, it specializes in Smørrebrød - Denmark’s traditional open-faced sandwich, with the use of fresh, seasonal ingredients produced from scratch, such as fermented herring, pickled vegetables and sourdough bread. Focus is also being put on quality beer and a wide selection of homemade aquavit, juices and cocktails.

Maven – Restaurant & Wine bar is a down-to-earth eatery in the Nikolaj Exhibition (Nikolaj Kunsthal) Building; an old church which is located right in center of Copenhagen. The setting of Maven is very unique and beautiful.
At Maven you will be able to try traditional Danish meals, like Smørrebrød (during lunch time), but also classic dishes like Moules frites, risotto, Rib-eye or lobster, all prepared with an elegant twist. If you would like to stop by for a glass of wine and a snack, this is possible at Maven too.

Restaurant FAMO is the place to eat Italian food in the Vesterbro area of Copenahgen. It is the first restaurant in the Famo family and it opened in 2005.
The menu at FAMO is fixed, there is one 4 course menu each day; that's it! You can either take all 4 dishes or choose 1, 2 or 3. All of that is high quality Italian food at a decent price.
It is all about how to use the ingredients and the love for creating a good experience for the customers of FAMO.
You will find wide selection of Italian wine on the menu, which is updated regularly. You are able to watch the chefs working in the open kitchen paying attention to every detail of your meal.
