Carnival of Cultures

From 07 to 10 of June 2019, the Carnival of Cultures takes place in Berlin. The multicultural festival is always celebrated around the Whitsun weekend around in the Kreuzberg district. In the parades, the musical and theatrical events of the Carnival thought a colorful, peaceful and tolerance of cultural diversity is emphasized demonstration.

Over the years, the Carnival has grown into a four-day street festival with numerous musical and choreographic performances. A children's carnival is now included in the standard program. On moving South American and African groups are involved in addition to German often.
